Freezer Beef

The next available butcher date is May 27th, 2026 with pickup in Mid June at Gary's Custom Meats.

We have freezer beef slots available every month and are booking for all of 2026! 
 

Price is based on the hanging weight of the animal. Our current price is $4.00/lb. It is approximately $750-800 for a quarter, $1,500-1,600 for a half and $3,000-3,200 for a whole. This price does NOT include the cost of processing, which is due to the butcher at pick up. Processing will be about $200 per quarter of beef. 

Payment to Kaminski Farms is due PRIOR to pick up.

38-42 lbs. of Ground Beef 

4-6 Chuck Roasts (2 ½ lbs. each) 

2 Arm Roasts 

4-5 T-Bone Steaks (1” thick)

2-3  Porterhouse Steaks (1” thick) 

5-6 Ribeye Steaks (1” thick) 

½ Brisket  

1 Rump Roast (3-4lbs.) 

3 Sirloin Steaks (1” thick) 

5 Round Steaks

1 Sirloin Tip Roast (3-4lbs.) 

4-5 lbs. Stew Meat 

3/4 lbs. Skirt & Flank Steak

Soup Bones

Heart/Liver/Tail and Tongue shared between ALL buyers

 

These are APPROXIMATE quantities as each animal varies in size and length. Custom cut instructions are welcome. Cut instructions need to be turned in 5 business days before your scheduled butcher date. If we do not receive them, we will use your previous sheet or the standard cut.
