The next available butcher date is January 28th, 2026 with pickup in Mid-February 2026.
We have freezer beef slots available every month and are booking for all of 2026!
Price is based on the hanging weight of the animal. Our current price is $3.95/lb. It is approximately $700-750 for a quarter, $1,400-1,500 for a half and $2,800-3,000 for a whole. This price does NOT include the cost of processing, which is due to Gary’s Custom Meats at pick up. Processing will be about $200 per quarter of beef.
Payment to Kaminski Farms is due PRIOR to pick up.
