Price is based on the hanging weight of the animal. Our current price for beef is $4.25/lb. It is approximately $850 for a quarter, $1,700 for a half and $3,400 for a whole. 
This price does NOT include the cost of processing, which is due to the butcher at pick up. Processing will be about $200 per quarter of beef. 

For whole lambs our current price is $8.50/lb. It is approximately $550 for a whole lamb not including processing. Processing is due to the butcher at pick up. Standard processing will be $175. 

Payment to KAMINSKI FARMS is due PRIOR to pick up. We accept cash, check, card, EBT and Venmo. There is a 3% surcharge on credit cards, no fee on debit cards used in person.

We offer a five cent per pound discount on CASH payments.

You will get back 55-70% of the hanging weight as meat. Carcass yield will vary based on the animal's breed, sex and how it’s cut.

1 Skirt & Flank Steak.
Soup Bones 

Heart/Liver/Tail and Tongue shared between ALL buyers.

Custom cut instructions are welcome. Cut instructions need to be turned in 5 business days before your scheduled butcher date. If we do not receive them, we will use your previous sheet or the standard cut.
