Freezer Beef & Lambs
The next available butcher date for beef is June 24th, 2026 with pickup in early July at Gary's Custom Meats.
The next available butcher date for lambs is September 24th, 2026 at Sims Meat Processing.
We have freezer beef slots available every month and are booking for all of 2026! Lambs are butchered in Spring and Fall.
Price is based on the hanging weight of the animal. Our current price for beef is $4.10/lb and lamb is $8.50/lb.
For beef it is approximately $800 for a quarter , $1,600 for a half and $3,200 for a whole. This price does NOT include the cost of processing, which is due to the butcher at pick up. Processing will be about $200 per quarter of beef.
Lambs are only available as wholes it is approximatley $560 for a lamb plus $175 processing.
**You will get 55-70% of the hanging weight as meat. Carcass yield will vary based on how you have it cut and on the animal's breed and sex.**
Payment to Kaminski Farms is due PRIOR to pick up.

Custom cut instructions are welcome. Cut instructions need to be turned in 5 business days before your scheduled butcher date. If we do not receive them, we will use your previous sheet or the standard cut.
